NOVOS on High is a group for Catholic young adults in their 20′s and 30′s from the greater Des Moines area. Doors open at 6:00pm for those who wish to got to Confession, followed by a rosary prayer at 6:30. Mass begins at 7:00pm with socailizing at Legends American Grill on Court Ave. afterward. Catholic Charities Mardi Gras Event
Laissez les Bon Temps Transform… Let the Good Times Transform!Saturday, Feb. 18, 7:30-10:30pm, Catholic Pastoral Center
Join us for this adult Mardi Gras event complete with costumes, Jazz music, hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, dancing … even a parade! In addition, we’ve added a unique component: A one-of-a-kind prayer ritual at the beginning and end of the event, to help prepare us for the transformative time of Lent. All are welcome! Co-hosted by the Center for Social Ministry and Catholic Charities Des Moines. Suggested Donation: $40/Individual or $75/Couple.
